SHOP INFOStupido-Shop has served in Punavuori for over ten years. First at Punavuorenkatu 4, opposite to the current restaurant Slussen but already in Autumn 1996 at Iso Roobertinkatu 20-22, in the same building where an old market hall used to be. After a decade, in December 2006 the shop moved a bit closer to Fredrikinkatu, just a stone's throw from its previous premises.Now with more room and a larger selection of items, you can find an unbelievable amount of CD's, DVD's, vinyl, t-shirts, etc. Our shelves are filled with both domestic and foreign pop/rock/indie/ hiphop/reggae/electro/jazz/soul classics with a great variety of discount items. The selection grows every week with numerous new releases. Join our mailing list to get a weekly newsletter of the recent arrivals. We will order records currently not in our stock on request. Naturally, you can order online at any time of the day. We sell also festival tickets, music mags and the legendary Stupido Helsinki t-shirts - a classic present from a trip to Helsinki or just a great way to show your love for the city. |

HOW TO ORDER
1. You can use the Record Search for finding records. Search for items with the name of release, the artist or the label. Just a part of the name works as a search term as well.
2. After finding the item you want, add it to your shopping basket by clicking the TO BASKET button. If you want more than one copy of the product, change the desired amount to the QTY box.
3. If you want to buy more items, add them to your shopping basket by using the Search again.
4. When you have found all the items you want to buy, click CHECKOUT.
5. You will see your order on the screen now. The shipping costs will be added to the price automatically.
Note that your order may be shipped in several packages. In that case, however, there will not be any additional costs for you.
6. Verify your order, now including the price of shipping. Choose PAYMENT METHOD and click CONTINUE.
7. Fill the SHIPPING INFORMATION: Name, Street address, Postal code, City/Town, Country and Email address.
8. Check the box I HAVE READ THE TERMS OF DELIVERY AND AGREE and click CONTINUE.
9. You will now see your order and the shipping costs.
10. Make your payment.
- When using Netbank you will be forwarded to your bank's website. Pay your order and RETURN TO THE SITE TO VERIFY YOUR ORDER.
- When using credit card, enter the card number, expiry date (with the year as a four digit-number) and the security code from the backside of the card. Finish with CONTINUE button.
11. Verify your order. If you notice an error, return to the form with the BACK button of your browser. After verifying your order click SUBMIT ORDER.
12. You will receive a confirmation email for your order. However, if you do not receive an email from us, please contact us at shop (at) stupido.fi. It may be that your order has not registered correctly into our system, but you have still been charged.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
- The items you order will be delivered by post to your home address. Large packages will be delivered to your local post office.
- The orders made before 3 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day and the orders made after that will be shipped on the next weekday. On special occasions, we will concact you by email or phone.
- The Record Search shows our current stock. You can make enquiries about other products via email. If you want to order a product not currently in our stock, please contact us to arrange the procedure and payment method.
- The shipping costs will be displayed before you accept your order.
- You can return or change the item if you have been sent a wrong product, if the item is broken or if the seal is still intact. The possible refund will be handled through your bank account if you are a client of a Finnish netbank. In this case, please concact us via email or phone.
- A customer under the age of 18 can use this service only with the approval of his/her parent or guardian.
- Phone enquiries can be made on weekdays between 9 AM and 4 PM.

- When you make an order with the web form, you can pay your order with Netbank. The following Finnish net payment methods are available: Nordea Solo, Osuuspankki Kultaraha, Sampo Verkkomaksu, Aktia and Säästöpankki/Paikallisosuuspankki Sp/Pop-payment.
- After paying in a Netbank, you have to RETURN TO OUR SITE. Only after that your order is registered and you will get a confirmation mail.
2. Credit card
- When you make an order with the web form, you can pay your order with credit card. Online, we accept Visa, Euro/Mastercard, American Express Card and Visa Electron if it's added to the Verivied by Visa system. We require following information: Name, card number, security code and expiry date.
Twin Tone Oy will verify the credit standing before shipping the order.
4. Other paying methdos
You can email about other paying methods to (shop (at) stupido.fi) or phone on weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM (+358-9-646 990).
If we can not supply your order completely, we will contact you for finding a replacing product, refund or canceling the order.
You can also pick up your order from Stupido-Shop (Iso Roobertinkatu 23, Helsinki) from 9 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and from 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays.
